Since I heard it...I have been on the look out for ripe eggplants...I had heard they were orangy brown when ripe...never seen them...
Today i saw them in the open market...
Eggplants in thier purple stage are very acid forming and irritating to our joints...
Ripe eggplants are not...interesting
The common variety sold in Barbados is rounded and leathery smooth.
Eggplant is the largest berry in the world...
