Raw Cruciferous Vegetables Reduce Risk of Lung Cancer by Up to 50 Percent in Smokers
It's astonishing: New data on the ability of cruciferous vegetables to halt cancer, even in smokers! Eating just 4.5 servings of raw cruciferous vegetables a month (barely over one serving a week) showed a whopping 22% - 50% decline in lung cancer among smokers.
It's yet more support for the astonishing anti-cancer medicines found in vegetables -- the very same medicines the FDA continues to insist don't exist at all. Foods don't contain any anti-cancer nutrients, the FDA insists, and anyone who claims they do is violating federal law if they also sell such vegetables.
It won't be long, however, before reality smacks the FDA on the head, and the long reign of censorship and oppression against natural remedies is ended. The dark days of Big Pharma-dominated modern medicine are fast coming to a close, and Mother Nature is emerging as the reliable medicine provider of the future.
