Seaweed Mix:
First soak 1/2 cup of Wakame with 1 T Kelp & 1 T dulse in 3 T lime juice and 1/2 t cayenne
Thinly slice 3 cucumber with saladacco
thinly slice 1 red onion with saladacco
1 cup of firm coconut jelly (long thin strips)
1/2 cup of soaked sun dried tomatoes (long thin strips)
tossed while adding soaked seaweed mixture
Place on a bed of sliced avocado and garnish with cherry tomatoes
